The platform and the team are excellent to work with, providing everything we need for our continuing/professional education offerings. The platform offers robust features and flexibility, with new features being introduced every month. We can use the platform in various ways unique to each learning business. The eCommerce functionality and monetization options are also beneficial as we offer our courses in different ways across all our sites. The platform is solid, enabling us to build and launch new learning sites quickly. The in-course learning experiences have significantly improved for our users. There are cheaper alternatives, but in my experience, Thought Industries offers the best value.

The purchasable content has been the most beneficial feature for our organization. We initially used this platform for internal training, but began using it for client training when COVID hit. Before Thought Industries, we manually created certificates, sometimes hundreds at a time, so this has been a significant time-saver. However, some features are overly customizable and can be confusing. I also find the software quite expensive. I'm unsure why we chose Thought Industries, but I appreciate their responsiveness to my feedback.
