Now that I've grasped it, it's becoming a crucial part of my business. I'm disappointed that the process could have been simplified with an onboarding call, which I would have willingly paid for. Instead, I had to figure it out myself due to the system's lack of intuitiveness. Teachworks offers a lot of functionality and customization based on user needs. It provides options for hourly or bulk package billing and allows clients to schedule with a single click. I had known about Teachworks for years but was hesitant to switch my business over because the platform seemed overwhelming. Now, after three months, it's not as daunting. The onboarding process was long and expensive, primarily because Teachworks doesn't offer live phone support or onboarding training like many tech platforms. I was completely perplexed for three months.
