Implementing Whatfix Flows in a Special Education Web-Based Solution
As a representative of Frontline, a company that provides special education solutions, we use Whatfix primarily to decrease customer calls and offer self-help instructions. We are still in the early stages of using Whatfix, but we are optimistic about the results so far and plan to expand its use across more products. We found the integration of the necessary Java code into our application relatively straightforward, and the Whatfix team is highly proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and related technologies. The online documentation and customer support are also commendable. The software interface for creating flows is user-friendly and intuitive. However, we have asked for the ability to export only selected flows to prevent overwriting files or downloading large file sets. Editing a flow with many steps can be time-consuming. We are grateful for the vendor's assurance that they are addressing these issues.

I implemented Whatfix into the web dashboard of Cuztomise, a platform used by top management of large FMCG, Healthcare and Services companies primarily in India and Europe. Despite having a comprehensive FAQ and user manual, we were receiving numerous calls from users needing assistance with making modifications on the platform. I realized the importance of providing hands-on support for our customers and decided to try Whatfix. Whatfix not only allowed us to provide user support but also helped us quickly generate a lot of guides. I saw a 40% reduction in calls, resulting in significant savings on our support costs. The software is easy to use, allows for quick creation of guides in various languages, and easily converts guides to PDFs and videos. It's also very easy to integrate. My only critique is that I would like it to be available for mobile as well. In response to my review, the vendor informed me that Whatfix is responsive and supports mobile web, as well as hybrid HTML5 mobile.

As a SaaS company, we utilize Whatfix to educate our clients about our system. I find the product excellent, particularly the support from Whatfix. My main support member has been incredibly helpful and is almost always immediately available. Despite our busy schedule, implementing new processes or programs has been easy with their help. I've even demonstrated to interested clients how quickly they respond via the built-in messaging system. We are highly satisfied with the professionalism and support from Whatfix. The platform is user-friendly and cost-effective, offering the same or more features than competitors. The content we create with Whatfix saves us hours of communication and is automatically updated across all formats when changes are made. Whatfix is always introducing new features and provides guidance on their implementation. The setup is quick and easy.
