Revenue Reigns, Customer Satisfaction Suffers

In my over two decades in the industry, I've never encountered such poor customer service as I have with Learnworlds. Their primary focus seems to be on making money, with little regard for customer satisfaction. Their email responses are usually curt and dismissive, reflecting their overall attitude. It's disheartening to see a company so openly prioritize profit over their customers. The decline in ethical business practices is deeply worrying. I would advise anyone considering this platform to be cautious, as their poor customer service is indicative of their values. New users deserve better. What's most disappointing is their lack of understanding that customers are the backbone of any business. In my experience, genuine support and a customer-first approach should be the top priority. Sadly, Learnworlds seems to have lost sight of this. My negative review is a plea for change. Their indifference towards customers and obsession with profit casts a dark shadow. As a professional, I urge you to seek out companies that value customers over profit. Businesses that are grounded.

24/7 Email Support for Urgent Issues

I had an urgent issue that needed immediate resolution. This happened outside of my working hours and wasn't a simple fix. While I was asleep, the problem was escalated to their development team and by the next day, everything was resolved. Their customer support is available 24/7 via email. For important but less urgent matters, Zoom calls need to be scheduled. They prioritize urgent email requests and all other inquiries have been answered to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I've been working with Learnworlds for almost six months now and they've always been patient and friendly, always considering my feedback for platform improvements.

Superb Tool for Building and Marketing Courses

I discontinued managing my WordPress website as LearnDash now handles it for me. The process of creating courses is straightforward and the basic features are sufficient to get started. However, for additional features, an upgrade is necessary. Their customer service is impressively fast and supportive. The white label and the app for your online school necessitate a costly upgrade, especially if you only have a few courses to sell. I transitioned to LearnWorlds due to technical problems, insufficient features or layout options, and excessive time spent on maintaining a WordPress website.

Delivers as Promised, and Then Some!

In my view, Learnworlds is arguably the best platform for hosting an online academy or training center. I've never faced any problems, everything runs smoothly and reliably. I have complete trust in this platform. It provides good value for money and a wide array of tools, particularly from the pro tier upwards. However, it can be somewhat complicated when it comes to lesson settings, like having to do SEO twice, once for the page and once for the course. The video library can get messy when there are numerous videos, as there's no option to sort them by "newest" or "oldest". I also notice a lack of user-defined "preset sections" or similar features, which would enable quicker page building and improved cohesion across the school. The copy-paste sections feature is not very user-friendly.

I am a huge fan of LearnWorlds! It's a fantastic platform that has truly revolutionized the way I approach online learning. One of the things I appreciate most about LearnWorlds is their commitment to customer feedback. They have a proven track record of listening to their users and implementing changes based on their suggestions. One area where I see potential for growth is in the in-course Discussion and Community User Interface (UI). I believe that with a few tweaks, it could be as user-friendly and engaging as platforms like Thinkific, Circle.so, or Mighty Networks. I see this as an exciting opportunity for LearnWorlds to further enhance their platform and make it even more appealing to users. I recently attended a LearnWorlds zoom call and was thrilled to hear that many participants were also eager for improvements in this area. This shows that the LearnWorlds community is engaged and invested in the platform's development, which is fantastic! While there isn't an estimated release date for these features yet, I am confident that LearnWorlds is taking our feedback into account. They've shown time and time again that they value their customers' input, and I'm excited to see how they will use our suggestions to improve the Community/Discussion UI. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with the LearnWorlds platform. Despite the room for improvement in the Community UI, I still rate it highly because of its overall functionality and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I can't wait to see how LearnWorlds continues to evolve and improve in response to user feedback!

Sticking with it.

After using all the major online course platforms, I accidentally discovered Learnworlds and I've been hooked ever since. It's incredibly good and it's no surprise that it's growing rapidly. The administration of courses, often an overlooked aspect of running memberships/courses, is top-notch on this platform. It's the best by far!

I am impressed with the recent upgrade of LearnWorlds. It's not just an update with a few more features, but a completely new platform. I believe that any software should be capable of anything I can imagine, and this platform delivers. It focuses on facilitating learning rather than just resolving issues or creating workarounds. They've done a great job!
