Promising Results (Provided it Syncs with Your Booking Engine)
I've seen substantial revenue recovery with CartStack and their support has been quick. If the tracking works correctly and there's sufficient traffic to your booking engine, the results are outstanding. However, there are numerous tracking problems with different booking engines and sometimes, it just doesn't work.

Powerful Tool for Specific Task: CartStack
I use CartStack to automatically generate abandoned cart emails and recover lost sales. I only send one email per cart, but I'm aware that the software has more advanced features that I haven't yet explored. Some of these features may not be relevant to my B2B industry, but others could potentially be useful. I appreciate that CartStack continually offers new features, such as the recently added call tracking, which will allow me to see how many phone calls are generated from the abandoned cart emails. I find CartStack effective and generally easy to use. However, I do find the HTML editor frustrating as it's not as flexible as I would like. I either have to use my own HTML code or use the provided templates, which are difficult to edit. I can only use the WYSIWYG editor and can't make HTML edits behind the scenes. Additionally, some of our product titles have dimensions, including apostrophes to designate inches, and these characters can't be displayed in our Cart.
