Effortless Booking Tool for SMEs
I've had a positive experience with Catchapp-Bookings. The team is very responsive and open to suggestions for product improvement. The customization of booking links and options is excellent and it's user-friendly. It saves me a lot of time and email communication for scheduling meetings. There's not much to dislike, but they're currently working on the ability to reschedule or cancel from Google Calendar.

The company provided me with exceptional onboarding, guiding me through a brief video call and offering excellent customer service whenever I needed it. I strongly endorse CatchApp Bookings for anyone who schedules client appointments. As a nutritionist with 15-20 client appointments daily, I used to spend hours each week booking these appointments, primarily over the phone. However, since implementing CatchApp Bookings, it has not only saved me time but also positively impacted my mental state as I can now concentrate on the appointments rather than wasting time scheduling them. Now, when clients text or email me for an appointment, I simply reply with my booking link and the appointment is booked. This also applies to my social media. An added advantage is that clients receive a reminder, reducing the number of no-shows. I have nothing negative to say about this software. It's an excellent method for booking and organizing my appointments. I chose CatchApp Bookings because it's simply the best.

Using CatchApp saves me a lot of time as it eliminates at least two interactions like emails or calls each time I use it. It's more than just a scheduling app, it lets me create custom links for specific meetings, each with their own duration, title, and comment. This feature is especially useful for a power user like me. However, there's a minor issue when scheduling a Teams meeting as part of the booking - the link isn't directly clickable in the invite. It's not a big issue, but fixing it would make the experience even better. I switched to CatchApp Bookings because it's superior and more affordable. I appreciate the vendor's response to my feedback and their plan to hyperlink the MS Teams link in the Microsoft calendars.

Excellent for Time Efficiency!
I find using Catchapp Bookings very straightforward. I can easily send a link to my clients for booking, and the time slots are clear and simple to understand. However, I believe the platform's appearance could be enhanced. I also wish it was simpler to access multiple emails on the same booking or on different bookings. I would appreciate the ability to book longer time slots for larger events or full day schedules. I've run into a few problems with the Google Meet invitation linked to the event, as my clients and I receive separate links. The vendor responded to my review, stating that they are working on providing longer time slots and that there shouldn't be different Google Meet links for me and my invitees.
