The Perfect Software for Your Gym
CrossHero has significantly assisted me in automating client tracking, enhancing retention, and improving customer service. It gives me more control over my gym. The software is user-friendly and highly functional for automatic client tracking. It produces immediate valuable reports that help me understand my business and its numbers. However, I think the one-on-one custom programming with clients could be improved. Apart from that, all other sections of the software are perfectly designed for managing the establishment. I initially chose CrossHero for its customer service and language compatibility. I switched to CrossHero because my previous system lacked a reservation feature. The vendor responded to my feedback, confirming that CrossHero does have a one-on-one option and they've added a feature for sharing individual workouts, personalized diets, and any other information I want to share with my clients individually. They suggested I contact them for further clarification on how to use the one-on-one feature.

The Ultimate Tool for Your Box
CrossHero has become the top choice for my company. It has assisted us in maintaining proper financial and operational control, and our users appreciate it as it brings them closer to their box. The software is user-friendly for administration, programming, and users. It's very comfortable for everyone involved - administrators, coaches, users - and it keeps users informed about daily programming, events, and important news. It also features an automatic email sending software that effectively manages active and inactive users. Additionally, it's very easy to install and extremely fast. Generally, there's nothing we dislike, but we feel it could offer more financial reports or allow users to generate them based on their needs for more analysis variables. We also suggest that they allow the installation of the box logo. We chose CrossHero for its integration of financial and operational aspects, its reasonable cost, and its ease of use. We switched to CrossHero because our previous software lacked options for programming, engagement, campaigns, and friendly registration.

In summary, CrossHero has indeed helped me find control and order in the service I provide. It has successfully consolidated tools that I previously used separately, allowing me to have unified control from a single application, view and analyze business metrics, interact more efficiently with my customers, and provide more security in payments, billing dates, and reservation systems for all my users. A very positive aspect is that the software works continuously and has not presented any communication problems between the provider and the user. The application has greatly improved the order in my center. One improvement I could suggest is that customers could include their data on muscle mass percentages, adipose tissue, water, among others, and be able to observe a progress chart when they introduce new data. This is something that some customers have mentioned. I chose CrossHero for its ease of use and the tools it offers that are accurately oriented for my center. What CrossHero offers allows me to unify the different templates I had created, reducing my time on administrative activities.
