My Worst Ever Software Purchase Experience: Divvy
My experience with Divvy was terrible and extremely frustrating. I was initially told that the application process would only take a week, but it ended up taking four months for our application to be approved. The team we worked with was slow to respond, requiring multiple follow-ups to make any progress. We had to go through their Credit Builder program to get set up. We then had to integrate with NetSuite, which presented a small issue. It took them 14 days and several follow-ups to find a solution, which is much longer than my experiences with other software. Two weeks after everything was set up, we were informed that they were closing the Credit Builder program and invited us to re-apply for Divvy. This was the most frustrating experience I've had in my career. I can't even comment on the software itself because I didn't get a chance to use it.

The customer service provided by Divvy is the best I've ever experienced. I often use their live chat feature to resolve issues instantly. They are always innovating, making processes more efficient and effective, and they take my feedback seriously. Many of my suggestions have been turned into solutions within weeks. Everyone in my office loves Divvy and we have no complaints. We had been wanting to get corporate cards for our staff for years, but were hesitant due to the risk of not having credit and approval controls. With Divvy, we now have these controls. The ease of use, simplicity, and thoughtfulness that comes with Divvy is why we love it. Plus, it's free! I have not had a single issue with them. I chose Divvy because it offers the best and easiest customer experience. The app is clean, innovative, well thought out, and super easy to use. Their customer service is consistently great, and again, it's free. I switched to Divvy.

I highly recommend Divvy as it has enhanced spending visibility, empowered my employees to make purchases, and provided budget managers with control over spending. I value that Divvy is free and facilitates company-wide expense management. In my small business, we have seven spenders and Divvy allows us to assign budgets, issue funds to specific employees, and streamline the bookkeeping process as all transactions are categorized and require receipt uploads. The only drawback was that integrating the software with our books took some time, but Divvy's team guided us through the process. We chose Divvy because it was free, easy to set up, and offered all the features we needed. We switched to Divvy to give each employee their own cards and provide budget managers with more spending visibility.
