      Comprehensive Kaseya Software: In Need of Enhanced Support and Clearer Documentation

      I find Kaseya to be a comprehensive software for remote monitoring and management of user PCs, providing detailed control and automation. It's constantly improving and offers a good range of features. However, I feel somewhat exploited as features that should be included in the base version require additional purchases. The cost is quite high for a remote management product, which could be justified if the support was better. My experience with support has been inconsistent, often dealing with outsourced staff with a significant language barrier, making communication frustrating. Considering the high cost, this is disappointing. The software also has a steep learning curve. Kaseya offers a University option to help with this, but it requires a subscription that needs constant renewal or you lose access. I think it would be better to have a one-time payment for permanent access, at least for the same version.

      Kaseya VSA - More Than Just an MSP Solution

      As an IT Security Manager at a large confectionery broker, I've found Kaseya VSA to be instrumental in overcoming challenges with outdated software, missing updates, and new software deployment. I've used it to identify devices running old versions of Office and Windows XP, 7, 8, and 8.1, which has made updating all our devices to the latest Office and Windows 10 much easier. I manage over 250+ devices single-handedly with the help of Kaseya VSA and couldn't perform my daily tasks without it. It's not just for MSPs, but for anyone needing assistance in managing their office and field assets. However, I do have one complaint - the app's functionality can be inconsistent. For example, right-clicking the client app sometimes brings up a menu, and other times it only offers a "Refresh" option. This is my only issue in the 3 years I've been using this product.
