I use Kochava for a comprehensive attribution and analysis of all our campaigns. Previously, we relied on multiple partners for acquisition and re-engagement measurement, which resulted in report duplication. Tracking app attribution is vital for us to understand our clients. It not only helps in identifying attribution but also provides a thorough understanding of customers across various products throughout their lifecycle. With first touch/last touch data, we can now concentrate on the "essential stuff" rather than getting bogged down in minor details. Some features are difficult to set up due to lack of documentation, but the team is aware and addressing it. Whenever there are problems or assistance is needed with complex features, Kochava's support team is always available.

It has been essential in examining AMA across owned and paid efforts for the NFL App, not just linking spend to marketing KPIs. Once properly set up, the post-install metrics were extremely helpful, as was the Smartlink building process. I frequently interacted with Nic, who was always quick to respond, positive, and genuinely interested in my product goals. He made sure I understood the various Kochava mechanics to analyze my app activity. I also had a few conversations with Cale, who was equally proactive and helpful. Having previously used Hasoffers, transitioning to Kochava was a bit of a change. I was used to a real-time dashboard with installs/leads, rather than having to request a report.

Kochava allows me to assess network contribution from different perspectives, including not just direct conversions, but also network quality and overlap with other networks. It's especially helpful as a traffic verifier and fraud tool. However, a minor downside is that I can't directly export data from graphs and charts. Although there's an option to do this through a customer query or scheduled report, it would be more convenient to directly export data from the Analytics dashboards.
