Unparalleled in Product Analytics Excellence
A few years ago, my company BrainTesting launched a psychological evaluation platform, with our first product being a revamped IQ test. I knew about Amplitude's capabilities and wanted to understand why our product wasn't attracting many buyers. We quickly installed Amplitude on our website and app, which helped us identify where conversion issues were occurring. We were able to pinpoint which stages of the funnel were effective and what actions users were taking. We started with the free product and I was impressed by the value it provided. Even though some advanced features were not available, there was still a lot we could do. If our situation improves, we will definitely consider upgrading. After our initial success with analytics, we continued to build analyses on Amplitude. We first analyzed user behavior on our website, then delved deeper into our app's performance. Another great feature is the ease of organization, which makes finding things straightforward. However, it does require some initial work on our part. We also created dashboards to track the progress.
