I appreciated the simple drag-and-drop interface, powerful automation features, and the ability to quickly create and launch custom applications in leadsquared. I was also impressed by its robust reporting and analytics capabilities, wide range of integrations, and customizable security settings. Overall, I found it to be a great tool for quickly developing powerful custom applications. However, I found its usability to be a drawback as it took me some time to grasp the basics and how to use its features. Additionally, I found some of the more advanced features to be quite expensive.

LeadSquared: Capable Yet Severely Lacking in Support and Implementation
I had a terrible experience with LeadSquared. After purchasing the software, I struggled to receive reliable support. I faced numerous issues and the higher management was unresponsive. Although it was useful to see which emails were opened and read, the system was generally difficult to navigate. There were countless problems and unfulfilled promises during the sales process. I was assured that their system would be compatible with our SMS provider, but it wasn't. I was constantly told that features were in development, but they never met the promised deadlines. It took them three months to get the system operational. Once it was supposedly "ready", we quickly found out that it didn't work. Getting assistance to fix issues was challenging. It was a complete waste of time as we never managed to get it working properly. The system would send out appointment reminders with incorrect times, and this happened repeatedly even after I reported the issue. I chose LeadSquared because it was marketed as being superior for education, but it wasn't.

The process of creating landing pages is simple, and I value the feature that allows certain modules to be visible or hidden on mobile without any coding. The customer support is outstanding, with the team responding promptly to customer inquiries. However, I find the integration with third-party tools to be somewhat limited. While all necessary reports like lead source and lead history are available, advanced-level reporting seems restricted. Despite this, I believe LeadSquared is adequate for SMBs. I chose LeadSquared for its ease of use and compatibility with our existing marketing stack. As our requirements grew, I switched to LeadSquared. I appreciate the team's responsiveness and their readiness to assist at support@leadsquared.com.
