      Top-Notch CRM: Pipedrive's Unmatched Versatility

      Pipedrive is my preferred CRM after evaluating over a dozen others. I recommend it to all my clients due to its compatibility with third-party integrations and its appropriateness for beginners. It provides more features than any other CRM in the top-tier package, while being one of the most affordable. I value its straightforward UI, customizability, and extensive range of integrations. I would even describe it as modular, as you can add almost any feature through third-party integrations. However, I don't like how some basic features are not included in the cheapest price plan. I used to use Pipedrive's top-tier package, but was not impressed with the automation features. I chose Pipedrive for its pricing, features, and flexible UI/UX. I switched from Trello because it didn't scale well and wasn't comprehensive enough for my needs.
