Efficient and Professional: Sawyer's Impact
Excellent! I believe Sawyer sets me apart from other children's programs in my area, giving my business a professional look and saving me a significant amount of administrative time. The system is easy and intuitive for both my clients and me as a center director. The easy registration process has greatly improved my ability to attract new clients to my program and retain current ones each semester. I've been using Sawyer exclusively for years and I'm thrilled with the improvements they've made. They are open and responsive to their providers, and their customer service is top-notch. I would love to see the Sawyer Marketplace expand in my local area, the suburbs of Houston, TX. I believe it would be a great resource for parents in our large metropolitan area and a more effective tool for promoting my program. The membership function is excellent, but I haven't yet figured out how to make it work for my program. I would also appreciate more creative and expansive email options, such as tags and targeted marketing email features.

Sawyer: Poised for Rapid Growth and Improvement
I find the design of the Sawyer software extremely appealing and believe it's one of the best for attracting customers in its market. However, it's missing several features like an app, the ability to merge duplicate customers, phone look up, and a teachers payroll report. I find their email customer service confusing and the editing schedule inflexible. There's also an issue with clients appearing for the entire semester even if they join halfway through. Despite these problems, I still believe in the potential of this company. The software doesn't recognize appointments, semesters, and membership reconciling with each other and I think there should be options to charge registration fees. I'm eagerly awaiting the release of their app, which I believe will greatly improve the software. However, Sawyer doesn't currently meet all my needs, particularly in terms of payroll, reconciling payments, and scheduling past appointments. I do appreciate the vendor's responsiveness and their willingness to make improvements based on feedback.
