Recently, they made some changes and moved some features like office hours to their pro package. Initially, I was taken aback, but then I realized it's only an extra $3 a month. Considering the value and convenience Smartsupp brings to my business, it's a small price to pay. I'm excited to see how these new changes will further enhance my business operations. I'm definitely sticking with Smartsupp after my next website upgrade. I highly recommend their services!

Reliable Chat Tool with Great Value
I find Smartsupp to be quick, visually pleasing, and extremely useful. Our customers seem to really like it. It's functional and its design can be easily modified. However, it doesn't support file sharing via chat. I chose Smartsupp primarily for its affordability. I needed a chat tool that was simple to implement, had a customizable design, and wasn't as costly as most others. I wasn't prepared to pay 30-40 € per month for a chat tool. Smartsupp was able to offer everything I needed. The vendor responded to my review, letting me know that the file-sharing feature will be included in the new chat widget, which is expected to be launched in September/October.

Ideal for Small Businesses
The Smartsupp software provides an extension to our store and a free trial, along with good support. However, the option to set up multiple languages is only available through API. I opted for Smartsupp after leaving LiveChat because it only offered credit card payments, and I'm not a fan of using Facebook applications.
