However, I'm not fond of its limited options, the limited mobile app that's not optimized for iPhone X, the lack of an option to include a knowledgebase like other live chats, and occasional failures of the conditional logic. I appreciate the vendor's response and look forward to the optimization of their mobile app for iPhone X and further additions.
