Solid Software, Yet Requires Some Refinements
I've experienced some challenges with certain aspects of implementing Voucherify, and although the support was good, it wasn't prompt enough for my work schedule. Now that I've fully implemented it, I can appreciate its advantages. I wish there was a test mode where I could delete all data except for campaign settings and modify some fixed settings. Once operational, it's user-friendly and the API is quite extensive. However, integrating it with Woocommerce was difficult. Setting up a two-way referral campaign and the Woocommerce plugin was unclear and somewhat buggy. I opted for Voucherify as it seemed to be the only solution that would work with Woocommerce right away. The vendor has responded that they will be enhancing the Woocommerce integration later this year.

Voucherify: An Effective Solution for eCommerce Gaps
I find Voucherify to be an excellent lightweight product that effectively bridges the gap in the ordering process and promotion management system. I do wish for some additional features, some of which may have already been implemented. I desire the ability to publish coupons for customers, remove a coupon publication from a customer or customer segment, and individually display redemptions for all active coupons. I also hope for a more detailed dashboard, including showing redemptions for expired coupons and the total dollar value of discounts offered versus total order value received. I would like more search criteria for filtering based on coupon code and customer, as well as the ability to delete multiple customers at once from the customer list. I also want the ability to display the discount amount along with other order details and list orders based on Source ID or order number. However, I do appreciate the design, service-based design, and traceability of each of the calls, which are extremely helpful in troubleshooting. The role authorization is robust.
