01 Is CRM Bot any Good? My expert Review
After having tested CRM-Bot in several scenarios, I can confidently say that CRM-Bot is a great tool for organizations that want to promote customer engagement using a more customizable communication option. I liked the general design of CRM-Bot--it was simple enough that the members of the marketing team who were not very tech-savvy, could quickly become familiar navigating bot interaction. For example, I was able to demo CRM-Bot for a mid-sized e-commerce company, and the marketing team was able to edit the promotional wording and CTAs independently from IT.
A second feature that impressed me was the real-time integration with CRM databases. From my experience, as part of a recent project with a financial services organization, this capability increased customer satisfaction exponentially by being able to immediately deliver accurate account information via a chatbot interaction. Finally, the multilingual capability of the CRM-Bot is also a mandatory feature for an international hospitality organization to provide customer services in multiple languages.
As I completed my exploration of CRM-Bot, I did experience a few minor issues. Mostly, the loading time was slow, which occasionally caused slight delays in conversation, but during peak times on the retail client's site this was noticeable. Furthermore, while recent updates increased the ease of NLP management, I did not find that more complex user queries sometimes did not yield an accurate interpretation of user intent.
In general, I still feel good about my review in part to the strength of the functionality of the CRM-Bot and the speed of their support teams. The platform has consistently helped to increase conversion rates across the different projects I have utilized it, especially ensuring that the chatbot included engaging interactive video content. While there is still work to be done in terms of customizability in UX layout and the issues with accuracy in NLP, CRM-Bot is a validated platform that builds engagement of the organization and customer.
