I would recommend EasyHire for any workplace that needs to pre-test candidates' knowledge before conducting an actual interview. We use it to set up technical questions for our candidates, testing their skills before a second, face-to-face interview. The platform has numerous features, but the way we utilize it is perfect for us. It's cost-effective, innovative compared to our competitors' interview processes, and time-saving. The questions are preset and candidates can complete the interview at a convenient time within a certain period. Each question is turned into a chapter in the video recording, making it easy to skip or jump to specific questions for the reviewer. We've noticed that some candidates reapply for open positions, and if they've previously completed an interview, it's automatically archived on EasyHire. We have to pay to unarchive it to remember why the candidate was unsuccessful in their previous application, but we could easily make notes on each candidate to avoid this extra cost. We chose EasyHire.
