Challenging to Master, Yet Offers Unmatched Adaptability
I mainly use Flowfinity as a field log application and survey tool. While app design can sometimes be complex, I've found that users can easily pick up a corporate device and start using it in the field. The ease of deployment and the user-friendly experience have been significant wins for our field teams. In the environmental services sector, we often deal with vague project parameters and clients who are uncertain about their needs. As such, we usually start with a rough draft of our data gathering plan and refine it over time. Flowfinity enables us to begin collecting data and freely adjust our forms as our needs evolve throughout the project, all while maintaining consistency with our previous versions. Many of our projects wouldn't be possible without this adaptability. The main drawback of Flowfinity is its learning curve. While no individual component is overly confusing, there are many different workflows and processes to understand if you want to fully utilize the platform.

Superior Customer Support and Enterprise-Grade Solution with Flowfinity
I find Flowfinity easy to use, simple to develop, and painless to administer. I appreciate the automatic form updates and offline data sync for end users. I use a web editor for development, which offers advanced features like calculation logic and conditional visibility. I can easily launch forms and link them to each other and other mobile apps. I'm happy with the new dashboard features and optional TV licenses. The data is stored in MSSQL, making it easy for me to push/pull for 3rd party integrations with legacy, reporting, or custom apps. I appreciate its support for Android, iOS, and web clients. However, I do wish it supported Azure websites and Azure SQL instead of requiring a VM.

Outstanding! Flowfinity - A Game Changer for Field Sales
I've been using Flowfinity for all our sales agents in the field to conduct business both online and offline, with daily updates on the data they need for sales and marketing. I appreciate its offline data storage functionality and the ability to sync to our server once internet connectivity is restored. I also value its licensing model and client server installation. I chose Flowfinity due to an impressive sales presentation and I liked what they had to offer. The vendor responded to my review, acknowledging that mobile field data can still be collected in areas without coverage and then transmitted and processed once a connection is reestablished. They also offered shared and private cloud hosting options if I'm interested in transitioning from an on-premises installation.
