The software provides rich visualizations and accurate data, allowing admins to sift through data, pinpoint problem areas, and see exactly what our clients are doing. This is extremely beneficial from a support perspective, as it lets us see the exact actions and keystrokes made by the end user. My only minor issue is with the system's 'Rage Click' feature, which can sometimes be inaccurate. I've looked into many cases and I'm not entirely confident in its accuracy.

Cutting-edge Software, Disappointing Customer Service and Unreasonable Price Hike
I found the FullStory software to be excellent - it was user-friendly and extremely helpful for debugging issues and monitoring usage abuse. However, I was let down by the service and pricing packages. The cost for the basic package was raised from $199 to $899, a 450% increase, which I found excessive. When I voiced my concern, particularly as I had referred a new client, they did not acknowledge my role as an existing partner bringing in a customer and did not make any concessions or offer me the old price as a one-time exception. Despite my loyalty as a customer and partner, no exception was made. I initially chose FullStory because it was easy to get started with and I could identify users by inputting certain parameters.
