I consider Hostfully Property Management Platform to be an exceptional tool for managing my business. It provides all the functionalities I require, eliminating the need to switch to another system. It operates flawlessly, simplifying and accelerating my work. However, I am eagerly awaiting the inclusion of the Faroe Islands as a country. I opted for Hostfully because it offered more features than other platforms and at a more competitive price. I transitioned to it because I required better integration with my website and additional solutions, such as providing guests with the option to book a hot tub in advance. It reassures me that my team members have improved access to operations, aiding them in their various support roles. I value the customer service and the provided help articles. Features like the triggers and templates with SMS, cleaning jobs, and owner blocks are especially beneficial. However, I've observed rising costs and some integrated tools don't offer the same level of customer support as Hostfully. I suggest including owner blocks in reports along with "costs" in a spreadsheet, and having owner block trigger a cleaning job. I selected Hostfully Property Management Platform after a comprehensive evaluation of my needs and I'm thankful for their positive response to my review. They are continuously working to enhance their service and I appreciate their consideration of my feedback as they continue to evolve and improve their platform.

Hostfully: A Refreshing Change in the PMS Landscape
I am extremely satisfied with Hostfully Property Management Platform and I highly recommend it. My onboarding experience was excellent and their support team is fantastic, particularly their quick response time and attention to detail. I find the platform's design appealing and appreciate the built-in booking website which streamlines the process. I also value the regular updates on new or improved features. I am aware they are working on updating the calendar features and I would like to see more flexibility, such as color-coding and notes. However, overall, I am very satisfied with the streamlined processes. I chose Hostfully because of the positive reviews, its ease of use, the price, and the support. I switched from Tokeet because it was outdated and required too many manual tasks. I love how automated Hostfully is, it has helped to cut my workload in half! I am grateful for the wonderful review response.

I would recommend Hostfully to anyone looking to build brand awareness and engagement over the long term, and wanting to add a personal touch to their company. What I value most about Hostfully is the ability to customize everything personally. It took me a year to grasp the system and how to make modifications, but it was rewarding to learn how to organize things without needing assistance. I'm not a huge fan of the phone app, but using the desktop version on my phone works well. I chose Hostfully Property Management Platform for its features and my personal assistant, Kara. I switched to it because it provides more properties, automation, customization, numerous channel and hosting options, and easy-to-use reports. I appreciate the vendor's response to my feedback on the phone app and their dedication to enhancing the mobile experience.
