Logrocket is an ideal software for developers, designers, and support teams to improve a website or app. I have no issues with it. It enables me to observe how visitors engage with all the pages and the app we've created. It's essential for enhancing the UX/UI of your website or tool. We utilize it with our designer when we want to revamp landing pages, and also with our support team when a customer reports a bug. We can watch his session, verify the bug's location, and fix it for him. I don't dislike anything about Logrocket. The only drawback is that it demands a lot of computer power to operate, so if you have other programs running simultaneously, it could slow down your computer or become slightly buggy. However, the value Logrocket provides greatly outweighs this disadvantage. We switched to LogRocket because it provides more features.

Powerhouse of a Product: LogRocket
I find Logrocket extremely user-friendly. My engineering team and I utilize it on a weekly basis for bug detection and product troubleshooting. Even those not on the dev team use Logrocket for problem-solving. The interface is highly intuitive. Overall, I am very pleased with Logrocket. We transitioned to Logrocket as our previous product was significantly more costly for our requirements.

I've used LogRocket at my previous company, Sworkit, and now at my new startup, Table Needs. I view it as an essential tool for any web-based product business. LogRocket is a vital part of our operations, as we review it each morning to collect data about the previous night's service across our user base. It often identifies issues that users don't report. There are some problems with the Ionic framework on iOS, which I think is more of a Safari issue than a LogRocket one. However, both LogRocket and Ionic are aware of this and I'm hopeful that a solution will be implemented soon.
