Exceptional Delivery, Streamlined Platform, Achieve Success with MailGun!

I find Mailgun extremely enjoyable to use, with top-notch chat support and prompt email support responses. The user interface is neat and easy to navigate, and the setup is straightforward. The dashboard is clear, enabling me to quickly identify and fix issues. I value the feature that allows me to clean database lists to reduce bounce. The best aspect, however, is their offer of free service for up to 10,000 emails a month, which is quite a lot! This provides me with the full custom power of linking my domain and sending out, which is of great value. I intend to upgrade soon, but this is an amazing way to start a relationship. I've been using their service for nearly a year for free, instead of using my server. I haven't found anything that I dislike about Mailgun. Some people complain about high bounce rates or emails ending up in spam, but I believe these issues are often due to factors beyond Mailgun's control, like the receiving server and the email habits of the recipient.

Mailgun: An Excellent Email Management Tool

I've been using Mailgun for a few months now and I must say, it's an excellent tool for managing my business emails

      Satisfied Mailgun User

I have been using Mailgun for almost four years now and I am very satisfied with its performance. Before, our emails were occasionally rejected because we relayed to our ISP from our own on-premise Linux mail server. However, since we started using Mailgun in 219, our emails have been sent reliably. One feature I appreciate is that Mailgun temporarily disables our domain if a spammer compromises one of our user's email accounts. This has happened three times before and although it's inconvenient as we can't send emails, it prevents us from being blocked by spam blockers. Whenever this happens, Mailgun alerts us and we then identify the compromised account and take corrective measures. Their support team is quick to respond and we usually have our domain back online within 2 to 3 hours.

Transactional Email Solution with a Developer-Friendly Approach

As the CTO of a startup, I use Mailgun for our transactional email needs. It performs well, but I wish the pricing was more flexible. Mailgun was designed by developers for developers, and their excellent documentation and code are self-explanatory, allowing for quick and easy integration. The service is reliable and uses the latest technology. Their customer support is very effective and quickly resolves any issues. However, Mailgun's pricing has become increasingly expensive over time and they don't offer discounts outside of their scheme. This is a disadvantage given the competition in the market. Despite the quality of the service, this issue has led me to consider other options when we needed additional features. I initially chose Mailgun because their documentation seemed comprehensive and user-friendly.

Streamline Your Email Dispatch with Mailgun

I utilize Mailgun for all our transactional emails, managing numerous domains from one account. It offers detailed insights into our email deliveries and provides sufficient information to identify issues when they occur. The setup is straightforward, pricing is clear, and the free tier scales up significantly. It can be used via API or SMTP, based on your needs. However, the support for non-paying plans can be slow and there are no alerts for unexpected problems. I switched to Mailgun from Mandrill due to a change in their policies and an unfavorable cost-benefit ratio.
