Exactly What We Needed: Manifestly
I wasn't aware of when Manifestly was created, but I wish I had known about it sooner. As part of an IT department, consistency and process are vital, and Manifestly not only enhances our work but also allows us to showcase it. With a few clicks, we can export a report of a completed checklist, indicating who did what and when. Manifestly's simplicity aided me in integrating standard processes into our IT team. I value the option to have ad-hoc or scheduled workflows. The ad-hoc workflows are ideal for our user "onboarding" and "offboarding" processes. Previously, we used to set up PCs for new users from memory, often overlooking details and forgetting assignments. Now, we use a checklist, assign tasks, and get to work, ensuring consistency and transparency. The scheduling feature is excellent for our daily morning IT tasks, ensuring we don't miss anything crucial. There's nothing about Manifestly that impedes us. In fact, when I wished for.
