I appreciate the concept of the Salesforce plugin and the support team is truly exceptional. When it works correctly, it's amazing. However, since I started working at my company over a year ago, we've been constantly dealing with issues related to Natterbox. There seems to be a persistent problem within our company, possibly server-related, that we can't pinpoint, and my colleagues' systems often crash, leaving me to manage the phones alone. The transfer feature is difficult to use. Recently, the "answer" button disappeared completely, and we were eventually informed that our CTI was too outdated. It's inconsistent and I feel like we spend more time talking about "raising a ticket" than actually using the system.
