Clients can also add notes, streamlining the process. Proposify integrates well with most of our customer relationship management programs and provides excellent measurement methods. I get alerts on my phone when someone opens or signs the proposal and can track how often people view our presentation. The biggest benefit is the significant time saved. Proposify offers visually appealing templates that are easy to use, saving time and improving aesthetics. We've received positive feedback from clients on our proposals. The initial onboarding is good, but could be better. After payment is made with Stripe, it would be helpful if clients could receive a receipt, as we currently do not provide this.

As a regular proposal writer, I find Proposify to be an excellent tool. Its best feature is the significant time savings it provides. Unlike using Word or Excel, Proposify offers beautiful, ready-to-use templates that are visually appealing and time-saving. Our clients often compliment us on the quality of our proposals. Other standout features include an easy-to-use editor, a comprehensive content library, and a signature function for signing off on proposals. I also value the insightful metrics it provides. I get notifications on my phone when someone opens the proposal and when they've signed off on it. I can also see how much time people spend on the proposal, which is often less than I expect. However, I believe there's room for improvement in the startup integration. For example, it would be beneficial if clients could receive a receipt once the Stripe payment is processed. Currently, we have to do this manually.
