      My overall experience with Referral Rock has been fantastic. From the moment I showed interest in the platform, I was pleasantly surprised by both the platform itself and the customer service. I've dealt with many platforms with customer service centers outside of Australia, and this has been the best experience I've ever had. The Referral Rock platform is a simple, ready-to-use solution for a referral program. It integrated seamlessly into Salesforce and I was able to rebrand the entire platform. The only downside was the lack of support in the Australian time zone, but this was a minor issue. I chose Referral Rock because Mention Me wouldn't consider us as a client due to our small volume. I also thought about creating our own system using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, but due to the short timeframes and the cost involved, Referral Rock was the best option. The vendor responded positively to my feedback, expressing gratitude for my kind words and satisfaction that they could raise the bar on customer service outside of Australia.
