I collaborated with TurboHire for our Hire-A-Thon event, a walk-in interview drive at 91springboard. We received over 4500 applications for 27 job positions, which gave us a vast pool of candidates to choose from. This partnership boosted our confidence and we plan to extend it to all our member companies through 91springboard Boosters. TurboHire's features, like the screening process and a complete hiring timeline, make it a comprehensive solution for hiring needs, eliminating the need for other tools. The platform is user-friendly for candidates with its JustDropYourResume option and AI-based filtration support. The TurboHire team is highly driven and provides prompt and excellent support. The platform also has an impressive reach, enabling companies to connect with candidates of diverse backgrounds and experiences. Although the multitude of options and customization tools may require some time to get used to, this is more of a positive than a negative, as it can be resolved with a single demo video.

I am extremely satisfied with the TurboHire platform. It has been a tremendous time saver, making candidate search easy. The platform provides quick access to candidate information and its filters streamline the process. It offers great customisability, allowing us to specify characteristics for our ideal candidate profile. It also has multiple email templates for different needs, ensuring uniform communication across various hiring managers. The entire TurboHire team has been very supportive. However, I am unable to upload candidate information from Naukri via an Excel sheet, despite the feature being available.
