01 Is ADP Workforce Now any Good? My expert Review
I have utilized ADP Workforce Now for a significant amount of time now, and honestly, it is an excellent software to complete all HR tasks. The look and feel and payroll capabilities alone are worth every minute of your time; this is huge if you have over 200 employees regularly on the payroll, bringing many complicated payroll tasks as easy as you could make it.
The mobile app is another benefit. When I was working with remote teams across the country, employees had the luxury of clocking in and out from their phone. This made us more accurate as a team, but the best benefit came from the ability of my employees to manage their time and schedules the way they wanted.
On the downside, I feel like sometimes customer service is very slow. There was one incident where a client was trying to figure out tax documentation along with payroll related issues and we made several attempts for help. While most of the HR platform works fine for large HR groups, it could stand to have more customization, in particular on-boarding new hires at small companies.
But I digress, these few pain points will not outweigh how solid and efficient ADP Workforce Now is overall, and it is an easy solution for anyone looking for a simplified HR team workload.

Since September, I've been actively working with ADP to ensure our paystubs comply with Minnesota's 224 pay stub requirements. Just days away from the deadline, I was informed that they couldn't add what I was asking for. This was surprising, but it also highlighted the importance of state-specific requirements in payroll management.Despite the challenges, I would still recommend ADP Workforce Now. It's important to remember that no system is perfect and there will always be room for improvement. What's commendable is that they have recently followed up to rectify the issue. This shows their commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to adapt and improve. It's been a rollercoaster ride, but one that's been filled with learning and growth!

I've been using the software, adp-workforce-now, and it's been a satisfactory experience, especially if you're someone who doesn't need much customer service. If you do need assistance, you'll get to interact with their global team, including representatives from the Philippines. It's quite an international experience! If you opt for the premium service, you get access to US-based representatives. However, the global team is always there to assist you. I've noticed a few payroll errors, but it's a great opportunity to see how their team handles problem-solving. My company is quite loyal to this product, and if it were up to me, I'd stick with it for the long haul!

Exemplary Efficiency and Commitment: My Experience with ADP Workforce Now
I would give ADP Workforce Now a full five stars if I could! I've experienced nothing but efficiency with this company. They automate everything, making my life so much easier. They took less than eight months to prepare and file necessary Federal and State amended forms for 222, which is impressive considering the complexity of these forms. Even when there were minor errors, they were quick to rectify them. I used their services until 6/3/23 and then transitioned to processing payroll in-house. Despite this, they were proactive and filed zero returns for the third quarter of 223, even though I had already filed the correct returns. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they had also prepared W-2s for 223, showing their commitment to their clients. Thankfully, they hadn't yet filed these forms, giving me the opportunity to review them. I trust them completely and would recommend anyone to hire ADP. Their service is top-notch!

High Cost, Low Impact: ADP Workforce Now
My overall experience with ADP Workforce Now was disappointing, especially when it came to navigating the site's resources. When I started managing this system, I found that there was limited knowledge about the information it contained and how to access it. Whenever a new situation came up, only the administrator could handle it, which was a problem when employees tried to manage their benefit packages. On the positive side, ADP does offer a wide range of customizable services and has many integrations and resources that smaller providers don't have. For example, I missed the Life Mart package for employee discount programs when we switched platforms. However, the software's navigation is challenging due to too many links, and the system lacks substance. It's essentially a portal connecting other insurance and investment platforms, and doesn't offer as much functionality as you'd expect for the price. It might be suitable for a large organization that needs daily reporting, but for a small company, it's too complex with too little customization. I ended up choosing AD.
