I find the Workday HCM software to be quite an adventure! I was simply trying to adjust my work schedule and request time off, and the process was so engaging that I felt compelled to share my experience. Everyone should be aware of this unique approach before purchasing this product. Making any changes is like solving a puzzle and it took me a while to even locate the actions tab. I'm thrilled with the element of surprise when clicking on tiny dots that serve unexpected purposes.

It's an effective tool for managing customer relationships, allowing easy tracking of all interactions. We use it for HR, payroll, and many other employee-related tasks. A significant advantage of Workday is that it empowers employees to make and be rewarded for their own HR decisions. The learning curve can be steep for new users, but it simplifies daily tasks once mastered. However, I often run into errors when trying to complete significant tasks, usually due to the system's hidden and arbitrary tripwires. Despite this, transitioning to Workday HCM has been highly beneficial for our company, resolving issues with customer and supplier communication, as well as internal project management.
