I have been using BigChange for the past 4 years at WME and it has significantly helped us develop our service department. I must say, signing up for a 5-year contract with BigChange was a bold move on my part, and it's been quite a journey! I would suggest to anyone considering this software to opt for a 12-month contract initially. This way, you can really get a feel for how the software works for you. I'm not sure if BigChange would agree to this, but it's worth a shot! Personally, I've found that there are other software options out there that offer more flexibility with contract terms. But hey, BigChange might just be the perfect fit for you!

There's nothing negative to note, any challenging aspects are continually being updated to be as user-friendly as possible. Brace for a Big Disappointment with BigChange!
I was tasked with handling all of the onboarding for BigChange with minimal support. My team was dissatisfied with my decision to use this software and we have since reverted back to our original CRM system, Podio by Citrex, which we find to be a superior product. While the sales representatives were personable and extremely helpful, they often agreed to our queries without ensuring their responses were accurate. Our IT engineer dedicated full time to the installation and onboarding but did not receive the promised support from BigChange. We lost three team members due to a major error caused by the failure to link separate trades within our organization. We were billed for everything and encountered additional costs at every turn. We initially chose BigChange due to a very ordinary sales technique.
