They reschedule delivery and then, just to keep things exciting, they cancel again at the last minute. It's a unique way to remind me to keep a backup of my medication. What's more, they've introduced this innovative tip policy. It's so convenient - they automatically add $5. to the payment. It's a great way to ensure that the hardworking staff gets their due without me having to remember to tip. All in all, Capsule has been a rollercoaster ride and I'm enjoying every bit of it!
