Superb Platform and Support - Kudos to Ashley!
I have a fantastic relationship with Dotdigital and my Customer Success Director, Ashley. He is always available to help solve problems, share knowledge, and responds quickly. We have a monthly meeting scheduled, but Ashley is always available outside of this time if necessary. He looks out for our best interests and ensures we maximize the use of the platform, achieve effective automation, and follow best practices.

I am very satisfied with the delivery, results, and overall performance of Dot Digital as a platform and vendor over the past year. It has been our primary CRM and eDM platform. It's simple to use but also advanced in its capabilities. There are some limitations in its customization abilities, but these are rare. My account manager, Eloise, is attentive and invested, always seeking ways to improve performance and efficiency. She is also very diligent in her account noting, allowing us to revisit previously implemented strategies or discussions.
