Cons from reviewers

Limited customization options: While Falcon.io offers a good degree of flexibility, its customization options are not as extensive as other platforms like Salesforce
-
Mobile app issues: The mobile version of Falcon.io, known as Engage, can be a bit buggy and lacks some features, although it is regularly updated and maintained

Lack of Instagram DM integration: Falcon.io does not currently support Instagram Direct Messages, which would allow users to manage all their engagement from one platform

-
Limited bulk scheduling options: Falcon.io does not allow users to schedule multiple posts in bulk over weeks or months, or to schedule the same posts across multiple channels like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn on the same platform.

Balancing Falcon.io's Pros and Cons for Business Efficiency
My experience with Falcon-io has been positive, but I feel it lacks certain features that are essential for our business efficiency. The software is beneficial for managing all our social channels, but there are aspects that could be enhanced. I wish it had the ability to schedule multiple posts in bulk over weeks or months, as we often reuse the same evergreen posts. I also wish it allowed scheduling the same posts across multiple channels like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn on the same platform, a feature that Sprout Social provides. Additionally, I would prefer if it didn't restrict custom reports to a certain number of metrics. I opted for Brandwatch due to a previous relationship and its comprehensive reporting functionality, unlike other companies that rely on third parties for reporting.

Review Their Terms & Proceed with Caution: Falcon.io
Falcon-io is an okay platform, but it's expensive. Their contracts might trap you with an automatic renewal clause, even if you're not using the platform. I advise caution when reading the fine print in their contracts. We probably should have noticed this, but they didn't seem interested in supporting us once we were stuck in a new agreement that offered no value. Overall, my experience was negative.

Easing Daily Tasks with Falcon: A User's Experience
My overall experience with Falcon-io has been largely positive. I especially value the Publishing tool, which simplifies audience engagement. However, I wish Instagram DM's could be integrated into Falcon, allowing me to manage all my engagement from one platform. I appreciate the readiness of the Falcon team to assist. The Publishing tool saves me a lot of time. I can now create my content directly on Falcon's calendar, eliminating the need for other software or programs. This also streamlines the process of briefing our designers, as I can send my ideas directly to them for approval. One downside is the necessity to create my audience from scratch each time I set up my ads. I don't want to use the listening tool to create an audience, which is currently the only way to save an audience. I would prefer to create an audience from scratch once, save it for that specific channel, and have it ready for the next time I create my ads.
