Maximizing Business Efficiency: My Experience with GetAccept
I'm thrilled to share my experience with the GetAccept app! We invested in 5 licenses for our team to manage contracts and data rooms. The app is incredibly feature-rich and while we initially encountered a few hiccups, it's been a learning curve that's ultimately enhanced our understanding of the software. Our clients were initially hesitant to log in and review documents, but with time and guidance, they've come to appreciate the platform's capabilities. We opted for an annual subscription, paid in advance via bank wire authorization, which was a breeze. When we thought about cancelling, the GetAccept team was so responsive and supportive, they extended our subscription for another six months to give us more time to familiarize ourselves with the app. They were open to our feedback and worked tirelessly to improve our experience. I would highly recommend giving this app a try!

Thrilled with our transition to GetAccept.
My overall experience with GetAccept has been fantastic. I can't commend the customer service enough, particularly from one representative who has been incredibly supportive throughout the implementation process and continues to be so as I use the product. I find GetAccept very user-friendly; it's simple to send, sign, and receive documents, and create templates. I used to use Docusign, which was quite complex and required us to use one account for our multiple entities. Now, with GetAccept, all our entities are separate under one account, which greatly simplifies things. I also value the ability to send and record videos to accompany the documents. Even though I'm still new to using the product, the team at GetAccept has been very supportive and instructive whenever I have questions. I would appreciate an API to integrate directly into our CRM platform and the ability to copy one template from one entity to another, but these are minor issues. The benefits of using GetAccept far outweigh any drawbacks. I switched to.
