      User-friendly yet significantly pricey

      My overall experience with GetFeedback has been positive. I find it easy to use and it serves its purpose well, with the surveys appearing very professional. However, I find the cost for Salesforce integration to be quite high and the designs lack customization. I am limited to using the predefined options when building the surveys. GetFeedback, owned by SurveyMonkey, has a distinct advantage over its competitors due to its native connector for Salesforce integration. I found setting up the connector and starting to collect surveys from contacts to be very straightforward. The surveys are easy to set up and look great. Most options are predefined, so I don't need to be technically proficient to create them, which is a big plus. On the downside, the Salesforce connection is very expensive. I also find the customization of the surveys to be somewhat limited. I believe there should be an option to edit CSS, HTML, etc. I would also appreciate more flexibility on the CTAs and the types of questions I can include in my surveys.

      Efficient Tool for Ongoing Feedback Collection

      I use Usabilla to manage intercept surveys on our website, enabling us to ask users direct questions in context. The in-context aspect of the survey is vital as Usabilla allows us to select a target sample, location, or event trigger for the survey, such as when a user discovers a new feature on a page. Usabilla can be added to our website to collect user feedback, and we use both active and passive feedback survey options. The software is user-friendly and provides excellent reporting features. The analytics are presented in a clear and appealing way, making them easily accessible to all business levels, regardless of their understanding level. The moment of truth surveys gave us insights into the issues users were encountering with our portal. However, unlike some competitors, Usabilla does not support video responses or user screen recordings. It is also primarily limited to desktop browsers and apps, not mobile web. Targeting specific javascript event triggers requires some engineering assistance. I switched to GetFeedback.

      Excellent Tool, Hefty Price Tag

      Using GetFeedback enhanced our organization's credibility as it allowed us to send out professional-looking forms. I found the survey tool easy to use, enabling me to create attractive, versatile feedback forms that I enjoyed sending to our event and program participants. The fact that it was a native Salesforce app was also a plus, something our database coordinator appreciated. However, the customer support was subpar and there was an additional cost to send a survey link through my work email. This required me to manually add all recipients and send the survey through the platform itself, which was time-consuming. We discontinued using GetFeedback after they significantly raised their prices, as it was not a cost we could justify given the many affordable survey options available. We initially switched to GetFeedback because it is native to Salesforce, had superior functionality, and was more visually appealing.
