Flee from this Firm!
They sent me an email with instructions on how to view and pay my invoice through my online account, but the invoice wouldn't load. I contacted them for help, but they just repeated the same instructions. They didn't provide a phone number for direct communication when I asked for one. They suggested I send them a screenshot from my dashboard, but my account had been removed due to "non-payment". They later sent an email threatening to send me to a collection agency as my account was due for renewal the following month. I requested them to mail me the invoice since I couldn't access my account, but I'm not sure they're capable of doing that. Their incompetence is astounding. Their poor customer service completely overshadows any positive aspects of the software. The product itself is just average, but the terrible customer service is the main issue. I regret choosing Jimdo, it was a lapse in judgment.
