User-friendly Linkpoint Connect; Could Benefit from Enhanced Features
I find Linkpoint Connect useful for logging emails into our CRM, Salesforce. However, I wish it had the capability to record the same email under multiple opportunities. Occasionally, the app logs me out unexpectedly, hindering my ability to record emails, which can be quite frustrating. Thankfully, our company's IT support has been helpful, but it's still bothersome to spend time on this issue. I would also like the feature to record a call or schedule a meeting with clients we're emailing. Moreover, I've noticed that the contact information from email signatures doesn't always transfer correctly when I'm creating a new account or contact. For instance, professional suffixes like PE sometimes show up as last names, and last names can end up as part of first names. Despite these issues, I'm generally pleased with how Linkpoint is utilized in my organization. It certainly simplifies managing emails related to our CRM records. The ease of use is a bonus, but it's frustrating when I get randomly logged out and can't figure out why.

Indispensable for Efficiency!
My sales productivity has greatly increased since I began using LinkPoint. It eliminates the issue of duplicate information from Outlook to Salesforce, handling it on my behalf. The software is fully integrated with Outlook, simplifying data entry to and from Salesforce. I have no complaints whatsoever. The vendor responded, expressing their pleasure that I no longer have issues with duplicate data and their eagerness to continue supporting my productivity with new software updates later this year. They responded in January 2017.

Functional, But With Hiccups
As a user of LinkPoint Connect for 2.5 years, I believe it's a decent product for the investment, particularly given the limited alternatives available. It effectively adds my emails to Salesforce as anticipated. However, it fails to add bulk emails sorted by name to Salesforce. I've encountered problems with it crashing my Outlook and causing glitches in my email screens. The software is slow, cumbersome, and doesn't scale well. I value the vendor's response and their willingness to discuss these issues further.
