A Mixed Review on Pixpa
I evaluated numerous website builders for photography sites with integrated e-commerce and found Pixpa appealing. They don't take a commission on sales and the options for custom galleries, SEO, etc. seemed promising. However, I reached out to their customer service three times through their contact form and received no response. I then emailed them and got a reply a day later. My main issue with Pixpa is that they only have one integrated print service, WHCC, with a very limited selection of print options. I wish they offered a choice of several high-end print services and a wide range of print products. I would consider using Pixpa if these services were provided and their customer service improved.

Absolutely Satisfied with Pixpa
I find Pixpa extremely user-friendly and their customer service is top-notch. They are always quick to respond to my inquiries and are consistently able to provide assistance. The features they offer are impressive, though I confess I don't utilize Pixpa to its full capacity. They provide several subscription levels, catering to users with varying needs. Up to this point, I've encountered no problems with Pixpa. I chose Pixpa because I discovered a website template that I adored and was able to easily modify it to fit my requirements, more so than other alternatives. The user interface is also very intuitive. In September 2021, I received a response from a representative named Mia, who expressed her delight that Pixpa has been serving me well in all aspects and that I have no regrets.

User-friendly Hosting Platform
Pixpa is an easy-to-use hosting service that I use to showcase my photography work. I didn't need any website building knowledge to use it. I simply chose from a variety of templates and mixed them to suit my style before publishing my website. Their support service is efficient. Whenever I have a question, I just send an email and receive a reply with a guide and often a short video showing me what to do. They also offer other features like setting up a web store, which I don't use. I have no complaints and find it to be good value for money.
