Overall, the Preferred Patron Loyalty software works as promised and we encounter minimal issues with it. It was the best solution we found since our Point of Sale system lacked a built-in rewards program.

Preferred Patron: The Undisputed Leader in the Industry!
I discovered Preferred Patron through a patron who was using it, while I was using Royalty Rewards. After comparing our experiences and costs, I realized I needed to switch to Preferred Patron. I found their options, pricing, and resources more appealing and regretted spending three times more on a product that offered less for my business. As a business owner and CPA, I use a cost-value approach to manage resources. My main issues with Royalty Rewards were their bundled products and services that forced me to pay for unnecessary features, and their misleading way of calculating ROI. Preferred Patron, however, understands the importance of keeping current patrons happy while acquiring new ones. They offer an excellent product with options to choose from based on what's right for your business and budget, with the option to upgrade as your business grows. I signed up with Preferred Patron six months ago and have been waiting to share my experience.

Three Years with Preferred Patron: Our Experience
I have been using Preferred Patron for 3 years and I am very satisfied with it. The customer service, especially from Brett and Matt, is exceptional and they always respond quickly to any concerns. They genuinely care about the user experience and are more knowledgeable than other tech support I have used. The rewards program continues to attract new customers and keeps our regulars returning more frequently. The program is extensive and can be used for various applications, but we stick to the basics for our restaurant. I definitely recommend it.

Essential Tool for Every Retail Store's Success
Our loyalty program has been crucial in growing our new retail store, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic when we were shut for over a month. The ability to communicate with our loyalty members enabled us to make thousands of dollars in sales that would have otherwise been impossible. We view this program as a necessary business expense that more than pays for itself. We value the ability to automate marketing and rewards, as well as the simplicity of signing up and regularly communicating with customers. However, I wish I could edit and send marketing emails from my iPad, as I seldom use my laptop now. The ability to schedule multiple marketing emails at once would also be helpful. The vendor responded to my feedback, stating that they are actively improving their iPad compatible tools and that the ability to schedule multiple marketing emails already exists. They promised to reach out to me to demonstrate how to use this feature. They thanked me for my feedback in September 2020.
