Superb Tool, Exceptional Support
I've found that Preferred Patron Loyalty has greatly enhanced customer loyalty and communication for special events, sales, and announcements. The software is powerful yet easy to use, providing good functionality and reports, along with cloud storage, making it virtually worry-free. I value the fact that I own the data, so if I decide it's not a good fit for my company, I can keep the data. New staff members can learn to use the software within minutes. The technical support is outstanding, which is rare in today's world. They answer the phone and work with you until any issue is resolved. If I had to critique one thing, it would be the software updating process. It could be a bit easier or automated, similar to Windows updates. But overall, I have nothing negative to say about the software.

Unbeatable Loyalty Program: Preferred Patron Outshines Royalty Rewards
As a member of restaurantowner.com, I was initially recommended Royalty Rewards. I found their presentation impressive, but decided to explore other options before making a decision. That's when I discovered PreferredPatron. After a demo with Brett, I was astounded by the features of PreferredPatron compared to Royalty Rewards, to the point where I asked the representative from Royalty Rewards to stop contacting me. I chose PreferredPatron mainly because it allows me to foster profitable guest relationships and understand their spending habits. Unlike Royalty Rewards, which only considers birthdays, PreferredPatron goes beyond that. I've observed that our anniversary spending guests spend more than the birthday guests, a factor that Royalty Rewards doesn't even consider. I signed up with PreferredPatron and they provided an excellent explanation of the software. I'm still getting to grips with all the incredible features, but I can confidently say that you won't be disappointed. The team is always available.

Efficient and User-Friendly Software for Client Tracking
I appreciate the ability to track when our clients last visited our office using the Preferred Patron Loyalty software. I find the email verification feature useful for ensuring we have the correct email addresses for our clients. However, I've noticed that the birthday and 'miss you' points we've set up don't always work. I have to manually click the correct points in two different places to ensure they take effect. The vendor responded to my feedback, expressing their happiness that after 2.5 years, their system continues to add value to our business. They quickly identified and fixed the issue with automatic point credits, and assured me that going forward, any point credits associated with our campaigns will automatically deposit into the members' accounts. This issue was due to a setup parameter not being enabled on Birthday, Anniversary, and 'Miss You' campaigns in our account.

Outstanding Experience with Preferred Patron in All Aspects!
Setting up my account with Preferred Patron Loyalty was a breeze. I first spoke with customer care who established my account, and within a day or two, an agent reached out to me to get the Loyalty Rewards program started. This agent was crucial in customizing a program that suited my needs as the owner of a Collectibles Card Shop/Tournament store. I can't stress enough how helpful he was and continues to be. The customer service representative is very responsive, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Implementing the Loyalty Rewards system in my store has greatly enhanced its overall credibility. It demonstrates how much I appreciate my customers and the value they bring to my store. I'm thrilled that I chose to use Preferred Patron for my Loyalty Rewards Program. I really have no complaints about the software. The only issues I've encountered are when Windows updates itself, necessitating them to access the tablet to rectify any problems caused by automatic updates.

Opted for Preferred Patron for its SMS Text Messaging Feature 4 Years Ago
I have signed up about 90% of my customers to the Preferred Patron Loyalty program, which has helped me build a relationship with them. They enjoy a 5% cash back on all their purchases, and I benefit from a roughly 20% increase in sales on the days I send out Flash Sales via SMS text blasts. I find it easy to create these SMS marketing campaigns and the customer service is excellent. However, I ran into an issue when I ran out of credits to send an SMS blast on Thanksgiving. I also find the email blast templates confusing and not user-friendly, so I've stopped using the email marketing campaign feature and now send all my emails through Tant Contact. But, the vendor has told me they've introduced a new email messaging module similar to Tant Contact, which I'm excited to try out.
