I really appreciate the RepeatRewards program and my customers do too. It's easy to use and its various communication methods such as email, print, and text message are effective in promoting our business. Our loyalty membership has increased and we're experiencing more frequent visits from customers. Although our custom ordering software for our POS doesn't integrate with RepeatRewards, we've found a way to make it work. The vendor responded to my review, expressing gratitude and interest in our POS system. They mentioned that they integrate with many systems and will have a specialist contact us to discuss potential integration. They assured me they will be in touch soon.

Effortless Navigation with RepeatRewards
I've had a great experience with RepeatRewards software, with no technical issues and a user-friendly interface. I appreciate the back office feature that lets me access customer accounts and add points, and it even includes marketing tools. Some of my customers have suggested a keychain card, which I think is a great idea, but I'm unsure if it's offered. The vendor responded to my feedback, informing me that they do offer a key tag option and that my Account Manager will provide more information soon. They also assured me that I can ask for any further assistance if needed.

I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by RepeatRewards and their readiness to help manage my program. The program is user-friendly, although there's still a significant amount of back-end paperwork to deal with. Setting up customers can be time-consuming, but once it's done, the process is smooth. I received a response from the vendor thanking me for my review and assuring me that their Support team would help reduce the paperwork, as they offer many solutions to streamline the program. They encouraged me to reach out for any needs or to discuss marketing ideas for my program, reaffirming their commitment to assist. I received this response in July 2017.
