Top-notch Booking System for Fitness Classes!
When the COVID pandemic struck, we had to limit our Jazzercise class capacity and require advance reservations. We tried several sign-up services, but SuperSaaS was by far the favorite. It was very user-friendly and had excellent customer service. If we ever need to take reservations again, we will definitely use SuperSaaS.

I've experienced increased productivity and improved communication and scheduling. The program has enabled my entire team to stay connected as we schedule appointments and follow up on our market events. It's user-friendly and can be utilized across multiple events and markets. Our productivity, communication, and business success have significantly improved. I have no complaints. The software has more capabilities than what we are currently using it for, but I am extremely satisfied with the product. I chose SuperSaas because it's simple to use and powerful enough to meet my business needs. The vendor responded to my review, thanked me for my feedback, and offered their customer support team's help for any questions.

Journeying Through Supersaas: A User's Tale
I'm dissatisfied that my system erased all appointments older than two months and the support was unable to recover them. However, I value its simplicity and the feature that allows my clients to create an account and schedule appointments on their own. I think the design and user interface could be updated to meet 2018 standards. The vendor explained that they can't maintain backups indefinitely due to EU privacy regulations, but they can retrieve data if the deletion happened within the past three months. They responded in October 2018.
