      Top-notch Booking System for Fitness Classes!

      When the COVID pandemic struck, we had to limit our Jazzercise class capacity and require advance reservations. We tried several sign-up services, but SuperSaaS was by far the favorite. It was very user-friendly and had excellent customer service. If we ever need to take reservations again, we will definitely use SuperSaaS.

      Journeying Through Supersaas: A User's Tale

      I'm dissatisfied that my system erased all appointments older than two months and the support was unable to recover them. However, I value its simplicity and the feature that allows my clients to create an account and schedule appointments on their own. I think the design and user interface could be updated to meet 2018 standards. The vendor explained that they can't maintain backups indefinitely due to EU privacy regulations, but they can retrieve data if the deletion happened within the past three months. They responded in October 2018.
