      Engaging and Simple Tool for Employee Recognition

      I've been using Tap My Back for several years with my team and haven't encountered any issues. I find it enjoyable and simple to use for acknowledging our company employees' efforts. Our teams love seeing 'taps' given to other employees and themselves. It's also fantastic to be able to comment on others' posts, allowing for ongoing recognition beyond the initial 'kudos'. However, I wish there was an increase in the character limit for a post, especially when recognizing a team or multiple people. Sometimes, I have to creatively abbreviate words. The vendor responded to my feedback, thanked me, and assured me they would consider my suggestion about the message box character limit. They also encouraged me to share any other suggestions or improvements.

      I think that Tap-My-Back has enhanced team recognition because of its ease in giving 'taps' to colleagues. However, I feel the user interface is subpar and not very user-friendly. The vendor responded to my review, thanked me for my feedback, and asked for more details about the interface problems through email. They responded in July 2022.
