Overall, I'm very pleased with my decision to use Tipalti for our business. The team is extremely supportive and flexible, making sure it fits our requirements with the necessary customization. I value the ability to process invoices from receipt to payment, manage multiple entities, and handle invoices for a high net worth individual. However, the user interface could be better. I opted for Tipalti because Yokoy lacked payment capabilities and Business Central was too complicated for our company size. We transitioned to Tipalti as our previous solution wasn't scalable.
