My overall experience with Airbase has been excellent. It has greatly enhanced our accounting accuracy at Welkin, leading to fewer reclasses and a quicker monthly closing process. We've also saved time with the vendor self-onboarding process, which lets us store important documents like W9/W-8BEN and contracts. The real-time spending monitoring feature is useful as it allows department heads to monitor their spending without needing finance/accounting support.Airbase provides automatic bill coding with OCR and automatic credit card coding with a receipt management function, both of which have saved us time. The onboarding and implementation team has been outstanding, and the customer support team is quick and responsive. I appreciate that Airbase improves features based on customer feedback and offers quick and significant product improvements with a great UI/UX. They even offer early access to beta features upon request, such as receipt audits and advanced approvals.However, Airbase does lack a few features that would allow it to.

Airbase Provides Instant Sales Report Refunds
I've previously shared my thoughts on Airbase and I must say, it's impressive how efficiently and swiftly it manages something as daunting as expense reimbursement. It transforms it into a manageable task rather than a chore. I value how it smoothly handles my reimbursements and supports my team. In the past, I've used platforms where personal reimbursements were simple, but it got complex when managing or approving for my team. Airbase, on the other hand, is clean and straightforward, regardless of the task. Reimbursements are fast, only requiring proof of payment which the system easily identifies. It's rare for me to find a system that doesn't need any improvement, but Airbase seems to be just that. It's simple, direct, and the control screen is very clean. I can't think of any areas that need improvement.
