This is the best project management tool I've ever used in my 20 years of managing both large and small projects. It's highly collaborative and fosters communication. The Wimi team goes the extra mile to assist and the tool is extremely cost-effective. I value its ease of use, cross-platform capability, and the convenience of communication via chat or video. It also boasts an impressive storage system that rivals Dropbox. It's almost too simple for large corporations as it's incredibly straightforward. Contrary to the expectation that a project management tool should be complex and only usable by a few trained individuals, Wimi proves otherwise.

I needed a project management tool and Wimi fulfilled my needs. It's efficient and user-friendly. I can share documents with my team and schedule meetings using the Wimi Calendar, which is very convenient. I can also conduct chat conferences with my team. I highly recommend it for its efficiency, simplicity, good ergonomics, and ability to upload Google Drive documents. It provides excellent value for money and is available in two languages (English and French). However, some features could be improved, such as the sometimes lengthy time it takes to send messages in the chat.

As a group moderator, it keeps me informed about each group's activities. It's user-friendly and the Wimi disk feature is great, removing the need to worry about having the latest version of documents. However, it does require discipline from the participants.
