Dismal Support Experience with Wimi
I tested wimi and contacted their support about the lack of comment notifications. I chose the paid version, but the comment system stopped working. Despite opening a ticket three days ago, I've received no response. Although the software is user-friendly and ergonomic, it misses some basic features and the support is poor.
