It's the best tool I've used for email verification, as it provides not only the email's validity but also the owner's name. This has simplified my email campaigns significantly. ZeroBounce is quick, precise, and affordable. It stands out for its ability to verify various email domains and its feature to decrease email bounce rates. It allows for single or bulk email verification by uploading an Excel sheet. They also offer a free trial with 100 credits. Their customer service is praiseworthy. However, only one account can be created per organization using the company's email domain. If one employee creates an account, no other employee can create an account or use the free trial. If another account is created, ZeroBounce blocks all accounts and only activates one upon request. The free trial service can be used without registration for 5 emails.

I find ZeroBounce to be a very good service that delivers exactly what it promises. However, I believe the cost is too high. I recently used a competitor and managed to save about 5% for the same volume. While ZeroBounce might be slightly more accurate, the difference was negligible in my case and not worth the extra expense.

I had a very positive experience with ZeroBounce. I had some queries which were promptly answered by a helpful representative. They didn't try to upsell me, allowing me to choose the right package for my needs. I was able to chat with someone in real time who patiently answered all my questions. I needed to clean an old mailing list and was having trouble sending a newsletter due to potential bounces. I wished I could integrate ZeroBounce into my WordPress site to easily identify and delete bad emails. I chose ZeroBounce for its immediate customer service and competitive pricing, as I was frustrated with waiting for responses from other customer services. I switched from Mailchimp as they wouldn't let me send out my list due to potential bounces and didn't offer any solutions. I found ZeroBounce online and it solved my problem. The vendor responded to my review in September 202.
