I am absolutely thrilled with 2checkout! They have a unique approach to their refund policy that gives the seller a say, which is quite refreshing. While some might argue about the EU law that mandates a refund within 14 days of purchase, 2checkout provides a platform where the seller's perspective is also considered. This is a great balance between buyer protection and seller rights. Whenever I see their logo at checkout, I am reassured that I am shopping in a place that values both parties. I will definitely continue to choose them for my transactions!

The technical support for 2checkout is impressive, often providing immediate assistance through online chat. The team is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Once I became familiar with the initial setup and control panel, it became straightforward for our customers to make purchases and for our team to manage. The Affiliate Program feature is designed for software companies with broad-interest software promoted on affiliate websites that typically offer a range of software with coupon or discount pricing. However, our software is more niche, specifically educational/scientific software. I would prefer an affiliate program that can be easily tailored to screen and accept specific affiliate sites, such as software resellers that offer other software in our niche market, sites that review software and other resources in our niche market, and affiliates who also provide technical support and training for our software through their own business.

Would Rate Zero if Possible
I had a dreadful experience with 2checkout due to accounting mismatches caused by reserve roll over fees. They lacked customer service and withheld thousands of dollars, limiting my access. I was forced to make calls to Romania, as it was the only option available for my region of the USVI using WIX. Their customer service and accounting reporting is based in Romania, not the US. They targeted me after I refused to leave a positive review, freezing my site during the Coronavirus. However, they did respond to my feedback, apologized for any inconvenience, and assured me that they take customer satisfaction seriously. They also stated that my review won't affect our business relationship and encouraged me to express my thoughts. They provided an email for further communication.
