      Avaza: Streamlined, User-Friendly, and Accessible for All

      I find Avaza to be user-friendly and accessible. Its straightforward billing process and seamless integration with Quickbooks have notably improved the accuracy of our accounting records. The support staff is excellent, always ready to help with any issues. One of Avaza's greatest strengths is its comprehensiveness as a tool. I appreciate being able to manage my time, expenses, and projects all in one place and value the ability to track expenses and the app's compatibility with other platforms like Xero and Trello. However, Avaza does have its limitations. The interface can sometimes be challenging and there's room for improvement in the reporting functionality. I would like to see more adaptable report types. Switching to Avaza has allowed us to better understand our company's performance, spend less time on administrative tasks, and focus more on providing excellent service to our clients.

      Avaza: Your All-In-One Solution for Project Management

      I appreciate that with Avaza, I can easily build a task inventory, make quick estimates, and create tasks from these estimates. I find it convenient that clients can quickly approve bills after receiving them. This software helps me generate everything related to a project's financial status, from invoices to accounts receivable and payable. However, I noticed that some features I would expect from a project management system are missing. Despite this, I appreciate that they are constantly developing new features and are receptive to feedback. I switched to Avaza because it allows me to establish dependencies between tasks and work packages, as well as track and report project expenditures and hours worked. I love how smoothly everything flows from the estimate to the tasks to the billing, with minimal, if any, need to enter new data as the process progresses.

      Avaza: A Superior, User-Friendly Project & Task Management Solution

      From the start, the sales process and demonstration walkthrough made my decision to switch to Avaza easy. Avaza's importing process allowed me to transfer tasks from my old system into Avaza. Their support is very responsive and they've even made changes based on my suggestions. I have used and tested many alternative task & project management SaaS solutions, but Avaza is undoubtedly the best I've ever used. It's intuitive, easy-to-use, very responsive in speed, has a great smartphone app, integrates with Xero for accounts, and offers a range of sophisticated features and views. I don't currently use the Estimate and Invoicing creation features, but I may start using them. I would like to see chat integration and an enhanced file management facility added. I chose Avaza for its user interface experience, modern framework, task creation/update speed, simplicity with superb functionality, support, and price. I switched from ProofHub, which I found clunky and lacking in features.

However, I believe the addition of automated workflows could make it more efficient. As my business grows, Avaza proves crucial for resource management and financial forecasting. It provides a single platform where I can manage budgeting, resources, and task assignments. It helps me keep my clients informed about their tasks and overall project status, and it keeps my project tasks organized by client. I can see my productivity per client with reports, and we can bill clients for time and services. I appreciate its clean and easy-to-use design, time tracking and reporting features, and its integration with Slack. It's easy for me to track time by task, invite external contacts to collaborate on projects, and generate robust reports once I've learned how to do it. I find Avaza to be a great project management tool, providing a complete system to manage projects, forecast resources, assign tasks effectively and improve productivity.
